Returns & Cancellations

As each piece is custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Cooling-off Period (クーリングオフ): Under Japan's Specified Commercial Transactions Act, a cooling-off period does not apply to online purchases (通信販売). However, orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement (see below). Damaged or Defective Items: Inspect your piece at delivery and note any visible damage on the carrier's receipt before signing. Contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange repair or replacement at no additional cost. |

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement for a full refund. After 48 hours, an amount equal to the 50% deposit is non-refundable, as materials and the production slot are committed to your piece. Any amount paid above 50% is refunded. (For deposit orders, the 50% deposit is forfeited; the balance is only charged before shipping.) |
