Every piece starts with our natural finish on solid white oak. For seating, Kvadrat wool is included at no extra charge — the same textile house used by Fritz Hansen and Vitra. Our coffee tables sit at the right proportion for standard sofa heights (400–450mm seat). They pair naturally with most modern sofas — including the Sora. If you're matching with a specific piece, send us the seat height and we'll confirm the fit.

ENWA dining tables sit at standard dining height (720–750mm) and pair well with most dining chairs. The Yume Chair was designed as their natural companion — same edge language, same curve family.

Our dining tables are designed to comfortably seat: Sen 2200 seats 6–8, Sen 3200 seats 8–10, Maru Round seats 4–6. These are general guidelines — actual capacity depends on chair width.

Because every piece is crafted to your order, we can't accept returns for change of mind. If something concerns you — dimensions, finish, how it pairs with your room — ask us before ordering. We'd rather spend time getting it right upfront.

50% deposit starts production. The remaining 50% is due before we ship — you'll receive an invoice once your piece is ready. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer, all processed securely through Stripe.

Yes, all ENWA pieces come with a 5-year structural warranty covering manufacturing defects. Fabric and leather upholstery is covered for 1 year. See our Terms of Service for full details.

The finish is designed to be low maintenance — no re-oiling needed. Wipe wood with a soft damp cloth, vacuum fabric regularly, and keep it out of direct sun. Each piece ships with a care guide specific to its materials. See the full Care Guide for details.

Shipping and import duties are included at checkout — you pay one all-inclusive price. No surprise charges at delivery. We handle all customs clearance as the importer of record.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 48 hours of placing, as long as production hasn't started. After production begins, changes are not possible due to the custom nature of our pieces.

Your furniture arrives at the room you choose. The delivery team unpacks it, positions it, and removes all packaging. You don't lift a thing. No assembly required.

Yes, all shipments are fully insured against damage or loss during transit. In the unlikely event of issues, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will assess the situation and arrange repair or replacement at our discretion.

We're an architecture studio. We design resorts, homes, and cultural spaces — then we kept filling them with furniture that didn't feel as good as the rooms. So we designed our own. Every edge in ENWA looks sharp from across the room but rounds softly into your palm. That detail took 200 iterations to get right. We make 8–10 pieces per month, each one finished by hand.
