Estimated order-to-delivery is 8–12 weeks for standard ENWA configurations, including production and freight. Custom specifications are confirmed in writing before payment. We send updates at order confirmation, production start, finishing, shipment, and last-mile delivery.

ENWA ships DDP to supported destinations. The confirmed price includes international freight, customs clearance, import duty, and threshold delivery. Any destination VAT or GST that cannot be prepaid is disclosed and confirmed before payment. Current destinations and delivery details are on the Shipping page.

At checkout you can pay in full or choose a 50% deposit. Cancel within 48 hours of placing the order for a full refund. After 48 hours, an amount equal to the 50% deposit is non-refundable; any amount paid above 50% is refunded. For deposit orders, the remaining balance is invoiced before shipping. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

ENWA pieces are made to order, so we can't accept change-of-mind returns. Damage or manufacturing defects: report within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange repair or replacement at our discretion. Inspect each piece at delivery and note any damage on the receipt before signing.

5-year structural warranty on every ENWA piece. Within that, the components are covered as follows: solid North American oak frame — 5 years against manufacturing defects in joints and frame integrity; hardware (joints, fittings, mechanisms) — 3 years; finishes, upholstery, and moving parts — 1 year. Register your purchase within 30 days of delivery to streamline future claims.

ENWA frames use solid North American oak. Upholstery options include selected Kvadrat, Dedar, Alcantara, and full-grain leather specifications as listed for each product. Textile test data applies to the selected material; fire performance of finished upholstered furniture depends on the complete cover-and-filling assembly and is confirmed against the project requirement.

Yes. ENWA was designed for our own architecture projects, so custom dimensions and configurations are part of how we already work. Standard fabric and leather options are on each product page; for non-standard combinations or custom dimensions, email order@mililab.co with a brief and we'll respond within 48 hours with feasibility and pricing.

Sora 空 is built from independent modules that lock together without tools — a Reading Nook, a Single, a Lounge, a Grand Living, or any custom configuration. ENWA was designed by Mililab's two co-founders — Livert Lim and Mengfei Wu — architects with a decade of practice across residential, hospitality, and cultural projects in five countries. The collection applies the same edge-dissolving discipline they use at building scale to the scale of a chair, table, and stool.

ENWA is designed and developed in Tokyo, manufactured by our production partner in Foshan, Guangdong, China, and quality-controlled by the Mililab Tokyo studio. Product-specific material and finish information is stated on each product page and confirmed in the formal quotation.

Both, where each method serves the design. Curve geometry is generated computationally and the major cuts are CNC for accuracy that hands cannot achieve. Every visible surface and edge is then shaped and finished with intent — sanded through progressive grits until the geometry that looked sharp on the screen feels soft under the hand. The combination is the point. Computational where computation is honest; hand where the hand is necessary.

ENWA is designed by an architecture studio, not a conventional furniture house. Maru 丸 and Tsuki 月 received Red Dot Award: Design Concept recognition in 2026; Ishi 石 received the SIT Furniture Design Award in 2026. Pricing is published openly, and project suitability is confirmed against the requested specification. Other Japanese makers are excellent at what they do; ENWA is a different proposition.

Yes. US project pricing is quoted against the exact product schedule, upholstery configuration, quantity, tariff classification, and named delivery destination. Mililab does not publish one blanket tariff or minimum quantity across the collection; the formal quotation confirms the applicable terms.
