Each piece is made to order. Lead time is 8–12 weeks from order to delivery.

• All ENWA pieces: 8–12 weeks (production) + 1–3 weeks (sea freight to your country)

You'll receive updates at key milestones: order confirmation, production start, finishing, shipment, and last-mile delivery.

Why DDP, not "shipping at cost"

DDP — Delivered Duty Paid — means Mililab is the importer of record on your shipment. Duties and import taxes are paid by us at the border, included in your one-time checkout total. You will never receive a surprise customs bill, a courier holding the piece for additional charges, or a "shipping was higher than expected" email. The number you saw at checkout is the number you pay.

What's included worldwide

Every ENWA order ships fully insured under DDP terms (Delivered Duty Paid). The standard delivery service includes:

• International freight from Tokyo to your country
• Customs clearance and import duties paid by Mililab
• Threshold delivery — carrier brings the piece to the entrance of your home or building
• Full insurance during transit

Upgraded service — select markets

In-room delivery, unpacking, and packaging removal are available in select markets at no extra cost. Coverage depends on the carrier serving your address. Email studio@mililab.co with your delivery address before ordering and we'll confirm whether the upgraded service is available in your area. Where it isn't, we can recommend a local installer on request.

Shipping time varies by destination, typically 1–3 weeks after production completion.

Shipping Costs

DDP delivery is included with every ENWA piece, to all 34 countries we ship to. Duties and shipping are calculated and included at checkout — no surprise charges at delivery.

Every piece is made to order. To begin production:

• 50% deposit at the time of order to begin production
• 50% balance due before shipping

We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers. You'll receive an invoice for the remaining balance once your piece is ready to ship.

Mililab handles international freight, DDP customs clearance, and last-mile delivery — you receive one all-inclusive price at checkout and no surprises at the border. Import duties and taxes are calculated and included at checkout — you’ll never receive a surprise charge at delivery.

Duty rates vary by country and product type. The exact amount is shown transparently at checkout before you pay. If you have questions about duties for your country, contact us — we're happy to help.

Because each piece is made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If something arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your piece arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will assess and arrange repair or replacement at our discretion.

Inspection at Delivery

Please inspect your furniture carefully upon delivery. Note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing. This helps us process claims quickly.

Every ENWA piece comes with a 5-year structural warranty.

• Structural warranty: 5 years on frame and joints
• Finish warranty: 1 year on wood finish under normal use
• Upholstery warranty: 1 year on fabric and cushion construction

This warranty covers manufacturing defects, not normal wear, misuse, or damage from improper care.

Solid Wood

• Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth
• Clean spills immediately with a slightly damp cloth
• Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading
• Use coasters and placemats to prevent marks
• No re-oiling needed — the natural finish is easy care. See our Care Guide for details.

Upholstery

• Vacuum regularly with upholstery attachment
• Rotate cushions periodically for even wear
• Blot spills immediately—do not rub
• Professional cleaning recommended annually
