Wood That Holds You
Most sofas hide their frames. Ours celebrates it — because the frame is the design.
The Sora Sofa's wooden skeleton follows the same digitally refined curves as our tables and chairs, creating an exposed structure that flows around the cushions. No sharp corners on the frame — a deliberate choice for homes where life happens unpredictably.
The cushions are layered: high-density foam for structure, topped with down for softness. Sit down and the foam holds you; settle in and the down wraps around you.
Materials
Soft where it touches. Precise where it holds.
Leather, textile, foam, down, and oak meet on one continuous edge. The composition is quiet, but every line has to resolve.
Upholstery can stay calm in Kvadrat, become deeper in Dedar, or move toward a sharper leather expression. The oak underneath remains the same.
Natural Oak
Ultra-thin matte lacquer protects the surface without concealing the grain. Low sheen, hard-wearing, and warmer with age.
Charcoal
Deep from across the room, tactile up close. Pigmented layers are hand-sanded so the oak still reads through the black.

Start with the room.
Sora stays modular, but the page should not feel like a SKU shelf. Use these plans as starting geometries; the studio resolves the final layout, finish, upholstery, and delivery path around the actual room.

Each sofa is made to order. Estimated order-to-delivery is 8–12 weeks.
Yes. Seat cushions and backrests are upholstered separately. You can choose fabric for the seat and leather for the backrest, or any combination you prefer.
Kvadrat is Europe's leading manufacturer of premium textiles for furniture and interiors. Used by brands like Fritz Hansen and Vitra, Kvadrat fabrics are known for exceptional durability, colour fastness, and tactile quality. Kvadrat is included as standard on all ENWA seating — no upcharge.
Dedar is an Italian textile house producing some of the world's most luxurious fabrics, including velvets, bouclés, and silk blends. Choosing Dedar adds a premium to the base price but delivers an elevated tactile and visual experience. Popular choices include Karakorum bouclé.
The Sora Sofa is designed by Mililab, an architecture and design studio based in Tokyo, Japan, as part of its ENWA collection of eight solid-oak pieces. Mililab applies the same edge geometry it uses in architecture to furniture, and ships direct, DDP, to 34 countries.
