Architects think in horizontal lines. A long, low surface grounds a room the way a plinth grounds a building — it gives everything else a reference point. The Shizu does this at 1650mm: long enough to anchor a wall, low enough at 350mm to never compete with the sofa behind it.
Console, media unit, display surface — the Shizu doesn't prescribe its use. The ENWA Edge runs the full length, making 32kg of solid oak look like it barely touches the floor. Every edge softened for the knee, the shin, the curious hand that reaches underneath.
Where life
happens low
Sits where life is most unpredictable. Its edges won't remind you they're there.
1650mm
of calm
North American oak, kiln-dried twice over 19 days. Every edge softened by hand — for the knee, the shin, the curious hand that runs along it without thinking.
Natural Oak — deepens to honey over years. Charcoal — ultra-thin pigment layers, hand-sanded. The grain reveals itself in raking light.

Yes, the Shizu Low Table at 1650mm wide and 350mm high works beautifully as a TV console or media unit. Its continuous flowing surfaces create a clean, minimal base for screens and media equipment. The digitally refined edges keep the visual profile light.
