Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 29, 2026

Mililab Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Mililab website (mililab.co). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, purchase our products, or otherwise communicate with us.

1. Information We Collect

2. How We Use Your Information

3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Essential storage is used to operate the site. With your prior consent, we also use the Meta Pixel in your browser and Meta's server-side Conversions API to measure advertising, attribute visits and purchases, control ad frequency, improve campaign performance, and support relevant advertising.

For these purposes, we may send Meta Platforms Ireland Limited and Meta Platforms, Inc. the page URL and event time, browser/device information, IP address and user agent, advertising identifiers stored as _fbp, _fbc, and mililab_vid, and campaign click information. After a consented purchase, we may also send the order ID, product IDs, quantities, currency, value, country, and normalized email address, phone number, first name, and last name. Direct customer identifiers are cryptographically hashed before transmission; hashing makes data pseudonymous, not anonymous.

The legal basis is your consent. Meta may combine this information with data it already holds and may process it outside Japan or the EEA, including in the United States, using safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required. Our advertising identifier cookies are set for no longer than 365 days, and successful server-delivery/deduplication records are retained for up to 30 days; Meta applies its own retention rules described in the Meta Privacy Policy.

You can refuse consent without losing essential site functions. You can later change or withdraw consent at any time through the Privacy choices control shown on the site. Withdrawal deletes our Meta advertising identifiers and stops future Pixel and Conversions API transmissions from that browser; it does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings.
