Every ENWA piece is handcrafted to order in Japan. We take care to ensure your furniture arrives in perfect condition, anywhere in the world.
Production Time
Each piece is made to order by our craftsmen in Japan. Please allow:
- Chairs & Stools: 8-10 weeks
- Tables: 10-12 weeks
- Sofas & Upholstered pieces: 12-14 weeks
You'll receive updates at key milestones: order confirmation, production start, finishing, and shipment.
Shipping
White-Glove Delivery
All furniture ships via white-glove delivery service. This includes:
- Inside delivery to room of choice
- Unpacking and packaging removal
- Basic assembly if required
- Inspection upon delivery
Delivery Times (after production)
- Japan: 3-5 business days
- Asia-Pacific: 2-3 weeks
- North America & Europe: 3-4 weeks
- Other regions: 4-6 weeks
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated based on destination and item size. You'll receive a shipping quote before completing your order. For Trade Program members, please contact us for preferential rates on multi-piece orders.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each piece is handcrafted to your specifications, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, we stand behind our craftsmanship:
Damaged or Defective Items
If your piece arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange repair or replacement at no cost.
Inspection at Delivery
Please inspect your furniture carefully upon delivery. Note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing. This helps us process claims quickly.
Warranty
Every ENWA piece comes with our craftsmanship guarantee:
- Structural warranty: 10 years on frame and joints
- Finish warranty: 2 years on wood finish under normal use
- Upholstery warranty: 2 years on fabric and cushion construction
This warranty covers manufacturing defects, not normal wear, misuse, or damage from improper care.
Care Instructions
Solid Wood
- Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth
- Clean spills immediately with a slightly damp cloth
- Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading
- Use coasters and placemats to prevent marks
- Re-oil annually with food-safe wood oil (we recommend Osmo)
Upholstery
- Vacuum regularly with upholstery attachment
- Rotate cushions periodically for even wear
- Blot spills immediately—do not rub
- Professional cleaning recommended annually
