Each piece is made to order by our craftsmen. Please allow:

• Chairs, Stools & Tables: 12-16 weeks
• Sofas & Upholstered pieces: 16-20 weeks

You'll receive updates at key milestones: order confirmation, production start, finishing, and shipment.

White-Glove Delivery

All furniture ships via white-glove delivery service. This includes:

• Inside delivery to room of choice
• Unpacking and packaging removal
• Basic assembly if required
• Inspection upon delivery

Shipping Costs

White-glove delivery is included with every ENWA piece, worldwide. Shipping and import duties are calculated and included at checkout — no surprise charges at delivery.

Every piece is made to order. To begin production:

• 50% deposit at the time of order to begin production
• 50% balance due before shipping

We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers. You'll receive an invoice for the remaining balance once your piece is ready to ship.

Mililab handles international freight, white-glove delivery, and customs clearance. Import duties and taxes are calculated and included at checkout — you’ll never receive a surprise charge at delivery. We take care of everything so your only job is to enjoy your furniture.

Duty rates vary by country and product type. The exact amount is shown transparently at checkout before you pay. If you have questions about duties for your country, contact us — we're happy to help.

Because each piece is handcrafted to your specifications, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, we stand behind our craftsmanship:

Damaged or Defective Items

If your piece arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will assess and arrange repair or replacement at our discretion.

Inspection at Delivery

Please inspect your furniture carefully upon delivery. Note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing. This helps us process claims quickly.

Every ENWA piece comes with our craftsmanship guarantee:

• Structural warranty: 5 years on frame and joints
• Finish warranty: 1 year on wood finish under normal use
• Upholstery warranty: 1 year on fabric and cushion construction

This warranty covers manufacturing defects, not normal wear, misuse, or damage from improper care.

Solid Wood

• Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth
• Clean spills immediately with a slightly damp cloth
• Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading
• Use coasters and placemats to prevent marks
• No re-oiling needed — the natural finish is easy care. See our Care Guide for details.

Upholstery

• Vacuum regularly with upholstery attachment
• Rotate cushions periodically for even wear
• Blot spills immediately—do not rub
• Professional cleaning recommended annually
