About Mililab
Mililab is a Tokyo-based architecture studio and maker of living objects, founded in 2020 by Livert Lim and Mengfei Wu. The studio designs buildings, interiors, and the ENWA collection — eight pieces of solid North American oak, each designed digitally and finished by hand.
The studio's approach bridges architectural-scale digital design with traditional Japanese woodcraft. The ENWA collection's signature detail — an edge that looks sharp from across the room but feels soft under the hand — was refined through hundreds of digital iterations using the same tools architects use for buildings.
Mililab ships worldwide with white-glove delivery, with completed projects spanning luxury residences, hospitality, and cultural institutions across five countries.
